Breathwork, Soundbath and Community Outreach!!
Step into your healing capabilities with the assistance of Archangel Raphael, your own breath, and sound vibrations.
Join us before the Breathwork Experience @4pm for community outreach- where we will be putting together backpacks with clothes, toiletries, and more- for those in need.
Everyone who attends will be able to take some backpacks home with them, to give to anyone who might benefit.
We know in our hearts that giving back is the most rewarding and important thing we can do to help our community.
Peace and Harmony realizes that in order to change the world, we must start at home. When you heal- we heal- and the collective heals. We look forward to remembering and upgrading with you!
