Take a moment of pause with a soothing mid-week sound bath and energy healing. Get ready for one of the best events in Anaheim.
Event Details
Be deeply immersed in the healing vibrations of the crystal sound bowls played by Sound bath Practitioner Lisa Caffey while receiving the healing energy of reiki from Reiki Master Stacia Morton.
Reiki is an energy healing technique used to guide the flow of healthy energy to help encourage peace and bring balance to the chakras.
Sound bath therapy is an ancient sound healing process using crystal bowls and other instruments to calm the nervous system and bring balance to the subtle body.
A perfect mid-week pause to allow yourself a moment of peace and come back to self before tackling the remainder of your week.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything you might need to make yourself relaxed and comfortable.
Space is limited, please reach out to secure your spot! $35 at the door.
$25 for a package of 5. Classes held every Wednesday evening from 5:45 -6:30pm and 7pm- 7:45pm at The Healing Lounge OC.
Please be on time or early for class as we lock the door once class starts.
A 10 minute grace period will be granted.
