A Sound + Energy Healing Experience
Are you ready to spring forward?
On Sunday, March 20th, we welcome the Spring Equinox which marks the end of winter and first day of spring. The Spring Equinox is the REAL new year. After all, the winter season is symbolic of death. Spring, on the other hand, symbolizes a fresh start and the triumph of light over dark.
A sound and energy healing experience in La Habra. Collectively, we will harness the energy portal that opens on this day- allowing us to step into a new level of consciousness so we can walk through this new season with confidence, clarity, and courage.
What to expect:
Through sound Kyle will bathe you in sacred sounds from multiple instruments to help silence the mind, melting away boundaries between being awake and being asleep.
The rhythmic sound oscillations facilitate the movement of energy through the body to deliver a deep energetic reboot of the nervous system.
Annie will help us prepare for our evening with a guided meditation settling you into a cosy space to receive her hands on energy healing- Integrated Energy Therapy (aka IET) helping you to release, heal and harmonize on all levels.
Sliding scale pricing for this event will be as follows:
$65 Expand - for those who are doing well, and would like to donate a little extra to support the commUNITY and make the lower tier pricing possible.
$55 Nurture- for those who are able to meet their basic needs but don’t have a lot expendable income to draw from.
$45 Ground- for those who are struggling to meet their basic needs and are currently experiencing financial hardship.
