At Taco Rosa, we strive to select the freshest and finest ingredients available to use in preparing all of our recipes from scratch. No canned goods. No preservatives. No additives. We use fresh chilies and spices rooted in native recipes to craft popular items like our baby goat tacos but also our Jidori chicken breast with mole poblano or our fantastic Kurobuta pork. We seek to excel at serving both favorites familiar to locals as well as crafting new, bold dishes.
