Delhi Center offers After-school tutoring which is provided through a partnership with the Santa Ana Public Library and also provide Computer classes and ESL classes through Centennial Education Center. Senior programs offer healthy socialization activities. We also are home to Orange County Head Start, as well as provide HIV Case Management. We also advocate to help residents resolve disputes with their phone and utility bills. The last thing is we are a Center that also serves as a venue for private and public events, such as conferences, expos, workshops, health fairs, employee events, wedding receptions, quinceañeras, and other functions to meet the community's needs.
