The Public House by Evans Brewing Co.

The Public House is the first restaurant and tasting room from the international award-winning Evans Brewing Company. Located in the SOCO District of downtown Fullerton, California, the eatery features an inventive pub food menu, made in their scratch kitchen , that complements the company’s craft ales and lagers. Chef Amanda Platt offers skillfully prepared brick-oven hand-pulled flatbreads, house-ground ribeye and pastrami blend hamburgers, artisanal sandwiches, seasonal soups and salads, appetizers, sides, and desserts. In addition to the large selection of Evans Brewery beers , they offer a selection of craft beers and craft cocktails.

The warm and inviting space features dark-wood floors, exposed brick, and artwork highlighting the brand’s Orange County and California roots. Keeping in the tradition of the former occupant, The Public House offers a broad spectrum of live music 2-nights a week.
