As refugees, we came to America with hopes and dreams of a better life. Fortunately, we also brought with us our culture and a taste of “home”, known as Pho, which has gained its popularity worldwide.

Pho, pronounced “fuh”, is famous for its flavorful soups delicately seasoned with many different types of fresh, natural, and herbal spices to give its enticing aroma and a taste that can only be described as "Delicious". The secret to an authentic bowl of Pho is the slow simmer of beef or chicken broth which can sometimes take up to 24 hours to cook. Not only does Pho provide a fast meal, but it also contains a nutritious one-dish meal for any time of the day, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner.
