Fusion Bites has a contemporary vibe and plenty of TVs for the sports enthusiast. Cozy up around our beautiful patio and fire pit, or join us at the bar for Happy Hour, 4:30 pm-6:30 pm daily. Our full service bar includes wines from all over the world as well as a great Sake list. We have taken popular dishes from various Asian cultures, deconstructed them and repackaged their flavors into the perfect bite. Distinctly unique, every Fusion Bites slider starts with handcrafted steamed buns loaded with Asian Fusion cuisine, drawing upon sophisticated influences from China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and Thailand.
