Monday - Friday | 9am - 12pm
Session 1: June 27 - July 1st
Session 2: Aug 1 - 5th
Session 3: Aug 8 - 12th

This Wellness Camp is specifically designed for the development of Conscious Creative children. We will exercise our bodies, express our creativity and practice meditation in a welcoming and safe environment. Gratitude will also be a daily practice. Located at The Zen Den in Huntington Beach. 714 Adams Ave suite 203
Daily Schedule
9am - 10am
Asana : Specific body postures to promote physical health, increasing flexibility and strength while stimulating physiological and energetic systems.
10:15am - 11:30am
Art: Weekly themed art projects centering around mindfulness practices and spiritual concepts such as loving-kindness, self-awareness, etc.
11:30am - 12pm
Meditation: Attention and awareness training in the forms of guided visualization, sound, gazing and breath work.
