For the entire month of October, Big Jack will be on display outside the Food Court, the perfect location for shoppers and families and influencers to take gourd-geous Instagram-worthy photos. The ghostly fun doesn’t stop there! On Sunday, October 31, from 4PM-7PM, Citadel Outlets will be hosting a bootastic bash for families. All monsters—big and little—are invited to wear costumes and take part in a candy crawl with spooktacular music played by “FrankenDJ” throughout the evening.
