Crafted by Executive Chef Michael Rossi and brother Pastry Chef Dave Rossi, the menu features delicately-balanced and delectable dishes as part of a unique prix fixe dinner starting at $95 per person. Menu highlights include: House-made Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Dungeness Crab & Champagne Bisque, Colorado Lamb Chop, and Elderflower Panna Cotta!
